摘要
主要研究高碳铬轴承钢棒材热轧过程的网状碳化物控制。试验结果表明,在高碳铬轴承钢的热轧过程中,在精轧工序增加穿水冷却装置能够有效改善高碳铬轴承钢的网状碳化物。
This paper mainly studies the mesh carbide control of high carbon chromium bearing steel bar during hot rolling.The test results show that the mesh carbide of high carbon chromium bearing steel can be effectively improved by adding water cooling device in the finishing rolling process.
