摘要
[目的]通过了解南宁市社区老年人对中医药健康养老服务的需求及影响因素,为促进中医药健康养老服务高质量发展提供参考。[方法]利用文献研究和专家访谈确定调查问卷,采取分层便利抽样方法对广西壮族自治区南宁市60岁及以上的老年人进行问卷调查。[结果]73.87%的调查对象对中医药健康养老服务有需求,不同文化程度、职业、中医药信任度、自行健康状况的调查对象对中医药健康养老服务需求差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中医药信任度是影响老年人中医药健康养老服务需求的重要因素,74.07%的调查对象需求最高的是中医药养生保健知识。[结论]老年人对中医药健康养老服务的需求度处于较高水平,需求选择受到多种因素的影响,老年人对中医药养生保健知识需求明确。
Objective To understand the demand and influencing factors of community elderly in Nanning for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health care service, so as to provide reference for promoting high quality development of TCM health care service for the elderly. Methods Literature research and expert interview were used to determine the questionnaire. Stratified convenience sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the elderly aged 60 and above in Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Results 73.87% of the respondents had a demand for TCM health care services, and there was statistical significance in the demand for TCM health care services among respondents with different education levels, occupations, TCM trust and health status(P<0.05). TCM trust was the key factor affecting the demand for TCM health care services for the elderly. 74.07% of the respondents had the highest demand for TCM health care knowledge. Conclusions The demand of the elderly for TCM health care services is at a high level, and the demand choice is affected by many factors. The elderly have a clear demand for TCM health care knowledge.
