摘要
东河1油藏于2014年开展注天然气开发先导试验,增油效果显著。随着注气开发进程的不断推进,由于油井酸化及注天然气的影响,储层地质条件日益复杂,油井出砂程度不断加剧。为实现油田稳产增产,需深入评价酸化、气驱及交变载荷对岩石力学性质及油井出砂的影响。文中通过室内实验对比了气驱前后岩石微观孔隙特征,研究了酸化、气驱对岩石强度及油井出砂程度的影响规律,明确了多轮次注采交变载荷下储层渗透率变化特征。室内岩心实验表明,气驱-酸化-气驱后,岩石三轴抗压强度降幅高达36.30%。循环加载50次,岩石三轴抗压强度由201.6 MPa降低至146.8 MPa。多轮次注采过程中,油井含水率上升快,提液造成生产压差加大,易引起油井出砂。因此,合理控制油井产水量、生产压差及产气量、优化注气参数对东河1油藏注气开发控砂和实现注气长效开发具有重要意义。
In 2014,a pilot development test of natural gas injection was carried out in the Donghe 1 oil reservoir,and the oil-increasing effect was remarkable.With the continuous advancement of the gas injection,due to the influence of oil well acidification and gas injection,the reservoir geological conditions have become increasingly complex,and the sand production degree of oil wells has been increasing.To achieve stimulation and stable production in oilfields,it is necessary to deeply evaluate the effects of acidification,gas flooding,and alternating loads on rock mechanical properties and oil well sand production.In this paper,the micropore characteristics of rock before and after gas flooding were compared through the laboratory experiments,the effect of acidification and gas flooding on the rock strength and sand production degree of oil wells was studied,and the variation characteristics of reservoir permeability under multiple rounds of alternating load were defined.The laboratory core experiments show that after gas flooding to acidification to gas flooding,the triaxial compressive strength of rock dropped by as much as 36.30%.After 50 cycles of loading,the triaxial compressive strength of the rock decreased from 201.6 MPa to 146.8 MPa.With the multiple rounds of injection and production,the quick increase of water cut and liquid production of wells will lead to easy sand production.Therefore,reasonable control of water cut,production pressure difference and the gas output of oil wells and optimizing gas injection parameters are of great significance for the sand control of Donghe 1 oil reservoir and long-term stable production by gas injection.
