摘要
固相萃取技术具有高富集效率、高选择性、高灵敏度等特点,被广泛应用于样品前处理中,对于食品安全分析与环境监测的意义重大。作为一种绿色吸附剂,生物吸附剂在成本上更具竞争力,且可再生、无二次污染,可作为固相萃取的新型高效吸附剂,进而推动固相萃取技术的发展。本文详细介绍了微生物、农业废弃物作为吸附剂在固相萃取技术中的应用进展,并对其发展趋势和应用前景进行了展望,以期为固相萃取过程中生物吸附剂的选择提供参考数据。
Solid phase extraction technology is widely used in sample pretreatment because of its high enrichment efficiency,selectivity and sensitivity. Therefore,it has great significance to the food safety analysis and environmental monitoring. As a green adsorbent,bio-adsorbent can be used as a new efficient adsorbent for solid phase extraction and improve the development of solid phase extraction with its cost-competitive,renewable,and no secondary pollution advantages. In this paper,the application progress of microorganism and agricultural waste as adsorbents in solid phase extraction technology were summarized. The development trend and application prospect were also discussed,in order to provide reference for the selection of bio-adsorbents in the process of solid phase extraction.
