摘要
介绍了神经形态芯片的发展现状和测试难点,重点研究了神经形态芯片关键指标的测试原理和测试方法,包含集成规模、功能和性能等,通过所研究的测试前置条件和测试方法,为制定通用的基准测试套件提供参考。
This paper introduces the development status of neuromorphic chips,and provide opinions on the challenges faced in the testing of neuromorphic chips.The purpose of this paper is to propose the testing principles and testing methods of key indicators of neuromorphic chips,including integration scale,function and performance,which provides a reference for developing a more comprehensive and general benchmark test suite.
