摘要
针对中东地区自然资源特点,以沙漠砂、咸水代替天然砂和自来水成功制备了A07~A08密度等级泡沫混凝土材料。采用正交分析试验方法,研究了泡沫混凝土的表观密度、抗压强度、干燥收缩、导热系数等性能,并对典型配合比泡沫混凝土的气孔特征和分布进行了测试。结果表明:在密度等级相当条件下,泡沫混凝土的早期强度主要受水灰比影响,后期强度受水泥用量、沙漠砂掺量和水灰比共同影响。泡沫混凝土的干燥收缩在开始3 d内发展迅速,3 d内收缩达到30 d收缩的80%以上;泡沫混凝土抗压强度和导热系数随气孔含量增加而降低,形状规则、尺寸均匀、孤立分布、连通孔含量少的气孔结构有利于强度发展。
In terms of the characteristics of the natural resources of the Middle East,this article introduces the content that A07~A08 density grade foam concrete materials were successfully prepared by desert sand and salt water instead of natural sand and tap water.The properties of foamed concrete like apparent density,compressive strength,drying shrinkage,thermal conductivity,etc.were studied by orthogonal test method,and the characteristics and distribution of pores of foamed concrete with typical proportions were tested.The results show that in the condition of similar density grade,the early strength of foamed concrete is mainly affected by water-cement ratio,while the late strength is jointly affected by cement content,desert sand content and water-cement ratio.The drying shrinkage of foamed concrete develops rapidly within the first 3 d reaching more than 80%of the shrinkage within 30 d.The compressive strength and thermal conductivity of foamed concrete decrease with the increase of pore content.The pore structure with regular shape,uniform size,isolated distribution and less connected pore content is conducive to the development of strength.
