盐、碱胁迫对两种莲子萌发的影响及其早期幼苗生长响应 被引量:3

摘要 湿地景观建设是盐碱地治理和利用的一个重要方面,为此以北方红莲(Nelumbo nucifera“North Red Lotus”)和湘莲36(Nelumbo nucifera“Xiang Lotus”)为实验材料,研究NaCl、NaHCO_(3)作为盐和碱胁迫(浓度0、15、30、60、90、120 mmol·L^(-1))对两种莲子萌发及早期幼苗生长的影响,实验周期为13 d。通过对种子萌发率、萌发势、苗长、生物量及幼苗活力等指标,进一步分析两种莲子对盐和碱胁迫的萌发和生长响应。研究结果表明,盐碱胁迫对两种莲子的萌发和幼苗生长的影响显著不同:(1)北方红莲在不同浓度的盐和碱胁迫下,维持较高的萌发率和萌发势,当浓度为120 mmol·L^(-1)时碱胁迫显著高于盐胁迫。幼苗生长及活力随着浓度增加而显著降低,浓度超过15 mmol·L^(-1)碱胁迫的影响显著高于盐胁迫。(2)与对照相比,盐碱胁迫大于等于90 mmol·L^(-1)时,湘莲的萌发率显著下降,且碱胁迫高于盐胁迫。幼苗生长及活力随浓度增加而显著降低,当浓度大于等于90 mmol·L^(-1)时,表现为碱胁迫显著高于盐胁迫。(3)与湘莲相比,北方红莲萌发较为集中,幼苗阶段表现出更优的生长状态,对盐和碱胁迫的耐受性高于湘莲(萌发率比湘莲高35.0%和62.5%),幼苗生长速度和活力远高于湘莲,因此盐碱条件下可考虑选用北方红莲在作为观赏植物建设湿地景观。 Wetland landscape reconstruction is an important aspect of saline-alkali land management and utilization.In this paper,Northern Red Lotus and Xiang Lotus No.36 were used as experimental materials to study the effects of NaCl and NaHCO_(3)as salt and alkali stress (0,15,30,60,90,120 mmol·L^(-1)) on the germination and early seedling growth of two kinds of lotus seeds,the experimental period was 13 days.Through the indexes of seed germination rate,germination potential,seedling length,biomass and seedling vigor,the germination and growth responses of two kinds of lotus seeds to salt and alkali stress were further analyzed.The results showed that there were significant differences in the effects of saline-alkali stress on the germination and seedling growth of the two kinds of lotus seeds.(1) Northern Red Lotus maintained high germination rate and germination potential under different concentrations of salt and alkali stress;the germination rate of alkali stress was significantly higher than that of salt stress when the concentration was 120 mmol·L^(-1).The growth and vigor of seedlings decreased significantly with the increase of concentration,and the effect of alkali stress was significantly higher than salt stress when salinity was over 15 mmol·L^(-1).(2) Compared with the control treatment,the germination rate of Xiang Lotus decreased significantly when salinity was greater than or equal to 90mmol·L^(-1),and effect of alkali stress was higher than salt stress.The growth and vigor of seedlings decreased significantly with the increase of concentration,and when the concentration was greater than or equal to 90 mmol·L^(-1),the effects of alkali stress was significantly higher than salt stress.(3)Compared with Xiang Lotus,the germination of Northern Red Lotus was more concentrated and seedlings grew better,which indicated that its tolerance to salt and alkali stress was higher than Xiang Lotus (the germination rate was 35.0%and 62.5%higher than Xiang Lotus),and the growth rate and vigor of seedlings were much h
