大曲率小半径互通匝道钢箱梁跨线顶推施工技术

摘要 小半径曲线桥梁采用整体顶推施工技术时,主梁前端横向偏位较大,纠偏困难,对此,论文结合云南省某高速公路新建互通枢纽工程,主要介绍了大曲率跨线钢箱梁顶推施工的技术要点,在施工过程中,通过千斤顶的横向实时纠偏功能解决主梁前端偏位过大的问题,并且提出详细的施工线形控制及施工监控措施,确保施工顺利、安全地完成。 When the overall jacking construction technology is adopted for the curved bridge with small radius, the transverse deflection of the front end of the main beam is large and it is difficult to correct the deflection. In this regard, combined with a new expressway interworking junction project in Yunnan Province, this paper mainly introduces the technical points of the construction of high-curvature cross-line steel box girder. In the process of construction, the problem of excessive deflection at the front end of the main beam is solved through the real-time correction function of the jack, and the detailed construction line control and construction monitoring measures are put forward to ensure the smooth and safe completion of the construction.
