基于SMO的PMSM无模型无差拍预测电流控制

摘要 为提高永磁同步电机(PMSM)控制系统的鲁棒性,针对永磁同步电机参数失配问题,提出一种基于改进滑模观测器的无模型无差拍预测电流控制(MFDPCC-SMO)算法。首先,基于理想状态下的PMSM模型,利用电流环的输入与输出,构建PMSM新型超局部模型。其次,使用双曲正切函数建立改进滑模观测器(SMO),利用SMO对超局部模型的干扰部分进行实时估计。最后,结合延时补偿的无差拍预测电流控制(DPCC)得到参考电压矢量,从而实现MFDPCC-SMO控制算法。对参数失配情况下MFDPCC-SMO算法与MPCC算法进行对比分析,仿真与实验结果表明,所提算法有较强的抗干扰性和鲁棒性,能够稳定跟踪目标电流。 In order to improve the robustness of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)control system,a model-free deadbeat predictive current control algorithm based on improved sliding mode observer(MFDPCC-SMO)is proposed to solve the problem of parameter mismatch.Based on the ideal PMSM model,a new hyperlocal model of PMSM is constructed using the input and output of the current loop.Then a new sliding mode observer(SMO)is built by combining the hyperbolic tangent function,which is used to estimate the interference part of the hyperlocal model in real time.Finally,the reference voltage vector is obtained by combining the time-delay compensation of beat free predictive current control(DPCC),and the MFDPCC-SMO control algorithm is realized.In the case of parameter mismatch,the MFDPCC-SMO and MPCC algorithms are compared and analyzed.The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has strong anti-interference and robustness,and can stably track the target current.
