摘要
2022年江苏省长江流域遭遇1961年以来最严重的气象干旱,形成夏秋冬三季连旱。基于江苏省长江流域汛期降雨量和特征水位资料,详细分析了2022年7月以来高温和降水的气候特征,复盘了抗旱保供措施。利用气象、水文相关参数和区域干旱过程的分析,对旱情进行了监测和评估。通过对抗旱救灾的调度决策及防御措施进行准确、及时、全面跟踪,提出了以完善工程体系、提升预警预报、开展精准调度、建设水文站网为重点的抗旱保供工作改进方向,为抗旱工作决策提供了技术支撑。
In 2022,Yangtze River Basin in Jiangsu Province was hit by the most severe meteorological drought since 1961,resulting in three consecutive droughts in summer, autumn and winter.Based on the flood season rainfall and characteristic water level data in Yangtze River Basin of Jiangsu Province in 2022,the climatic characteristics of high temperature and precipitation since July were analyzed in detail, and the drought protection and supply measures were reviewed.The drought situation was monitored and evaluated by using meteorological and hydrological parameters and the regional drought process.By accurately, timely and comprehensively tracking the dispatch decision and drought relief measures, the direction of drought relief and supply ensurence was put forward, focusing on improving structural system, enhancing early warning and forecast, carrying out accurate dispatch and building hydrological station network, which provided technical support for drought relief decision.
