一种钢丝绳有限元模型的参数化建模方法 被引量:2

摘要 钢丝绳作为柔性传力机构获得了广泛的应用,钢丝绳一般由多根高强度、细直径的制绳钢丝按照一定的结构形式捻制而成。以结构为6×7-WSC的钢丝绳为对象,建立一种交互捻钢丝绳有限元模型的参数化建模方法,将绳内钢丝分为芯股芯丝、芯丝外丝、外股芯丝和外股外丝,选取了钢丝代表性体积单元,兼顾与相邻钢丝之间的接触形式,建立了参数化的代表性钢丝单元并进行网格划分。由建立的交互捻钢丝绳的参数化有限元模型,分析了股捻距和绳捻距的变化对钢丝之间接触形式的影响及钢丝绳轴向最小周期的影响,选取了典型钢丝绳有限元模型进行了拉伸应力状态分析,不同捻距的钢丝绳有限元模型计算结果与静态拉伸试验数据对比表明了建立的参数化钢丝绳有限元模型的有效性。 Steel wire rope has been widely used as a flexible load transmission device. Steel wire rope was generally twisted into a certain structure by multiple wires with high strength and fine diameter. A steel wire rope of 6 × 7-WSC was investigated and a parametric finite element modeling method of steel wire rope was proposed. The steel wires of rope were divided into four kinds,core strand core wire,core strand outer wire,outer strand core wire and outer strand outer wire. The representative volume element was selected and parametric meshed by considering the contact form with adjacent of steel wire rope. The parametric finite element model of steel wire rope was used to research influence of strand twist distance and rope twist distance on the contact form and calculating period and tensile stress condition. The comparison between the different rope twist distance finite element results of wire rope with static tensile test showed the effectiveness of parametric finite element model.
