摘要
目的:探讨生命意义感对青少年学业拖延的影响,以及自我控制和时间管理倾向在其中的影响机制。方法:采用生命意义感量表、自我控制量表、青少年时间管理倾向量表和学业拖延量表对1116名中学生进行调查。结果:(1)描述性及相关分析结果显示生命意义感与青少年学业拖延呈显著负相关(r=-0.340,P<0.001),与自我控制、时间管理倾向呈显著正相关(r=0.299,0.466;P<0.001);学业拖延与自我控制、时间管理倾向呈显著负相关(r=-0.529,-0.617;P<0.001),自我控制与时间管理倾向呈显著正相关(r=0.601,P<0.001);(2)中介效应分析显示生命意义感不能直接预测学业拖延(bootstrap95%置信区间下限值为-0.219,上限值为0.058),但可以通过3条间接路径影响学业拖延:自我控制的中介作用(bootstrap95%置信区间下限值为-0.159,上限值为-0.055),时间管理倾向的中介作用(bootstrap95%置信区间下限值为-0.355,上限值为-0.152),自我控制和时间管理倾向的链式中介作用(bootstrap95%置信区间下限值为-0.178,上限值为-0.080)。结论:生命意义感可能作为青少年学业拖延的一种远端变量,通过增强自我控制和时间管理倾向来降低个体的学业拖延。
Objective:To explore the effect of meaning in life on academic procrastination of teenagers and the mechanism of self-control and time management tendency.Methods:A total of 1116 middle school students were investigated by meaning in life scale,self-control scale,adolescent time management tendency scale,and academic procrastination scale.Results:(1)Descriptive and correlation analysis showed that meaning in life was negatively correlated with adolescent academic procrastination(r=-0.340,P<0.001),positively correlated with self-control andtime management tendency(r=0.299,0.466;P<0.001);Academic procrastination was negatively correlated with self-control and time management tendency(r=-0.529,-0.617,P<0.001),and self-control was positively correlated with time management tendency(r=0.601,P<0.001).(2)Mediating effect analysis showed that meaning in life could not directly predict academic procrastination(bootstrap 95%confidence interval lower:-0.219,upper:0.058),but could influence academic procrastination through three indirect paths:The mediator of self-control(bootstrap95%confidence interval lower:-0.159,upper:-0.055),the mediator of time management tendency(bootstrap95%confidence interval lower:-0.355,upper:-0.152),the chain mediating role of both self-control and time management tendency(bootstrap95%confidence interval lower:-0.178,upper:-0.080).Conclusion:As a remote variable of academic procrastination,meaning in life may reduce academic procrastination of teenagers by strengthening self-control and time management tendency.
