摘要 在人工智能和云计算、大数据、物联网等现代科技如火如荼地发展的形势下,对具有劳动密集型和生产线制造特点的果蔬预处理进行改进,建立智能制造总体框架模型,举例部分设备的具体应用并提出了一种智能的重量和质量分拣装置和一种智能的无人清洗设备的设想。通过分析比较,应用人工智能后在自动化程度、效率、缩短周期和提高质量等方面均有显著的进步。 With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, cloud computing, big data, internet of things and other modern technologies,improves the pretreatment of fruits and vegetables with the characteristics of labor-intensive and production line manufacturing,tries to establish the overall framework model of intelligent manufacturing, gives examples of specific application for some equipment and puts forward the imagine of an intelligent weight and quality sorting device and an intelligent and unmanned cleaning device. Through the analysis and comparison, after the application of artificial intelligence, significant progress has been made in automation, efficiency, cycle shortening and quality improvement.
