摘要
针对蒸汽型溴化锂制冷机蒸汽耗量大、运行费用高的问题,将蒸汽型溴化锂制冷机改为余热型溴化锂制冷机,并对循环氨水工艺进行了优化。改造后制冷机组运行稳定,每年可节约蒸汽费用1000余万元。
In view of large steam consumption and high operating cost of steam type LiBr refrigerator,flushing liquor waste heat type LiBr refrigerator will be used instead of steam type LiBr refrigerator.The flushing liquor process is also optimized.The refrigerator unit runs stable after the modification,saving steam cost over 10 million yuan per year.
