摘要
为探究红蓝光间断暗期对甜叶菊扦插苗形态及光合特性的影响,以‘陇甜菊1号’、‘谱星6号’和‘甘引35号’为研究对象,动态测定了甜叶菊幼苗扦插到起苗期内红蓝光间断暗期处理与不间断暗期(CK)下甜叶菊扦插苗长势、叶绿素含量及光合特性指标,分析了壮苗指数、生长速率、根冠比及各部位分配率等参数。结果表明:(1)间断暗期处理有效抑制了甜叶菊现蕾开花,明显抑制了株高和根系的生长,与对照相比,3个品种株高降低范围为4.44%~30.53%,根系条数减少了3.85%~11.36%,而茎粗和叶片数略高于对照;(2)处理显著增大了各品种幼苗根冠比和壮苗指数,增大范围分别为12.21%~20.88%和8.05%~12.82%,减少了地上、地下部物质积累,减缓了生长速率,显著促进了干物质向叶片的分配,‘陇甜菊1号’、‘甘引35号’和‘谱星6号’的叶片分配率分别增加了0.189、0.125和0.241个百分点,减少了向茎和根的运输与分配;(3)处理改变了叶绿素a、b和a+b的变化轨迹,最终减少了叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素a+b含量,增大了叶绿素a/b值,增加了甜叶菊幼苗叶片中光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO_(2)浓度(Ci)及蒸腾速率(Tr)。红蓝光间断暗期处理影响了甜叶菊幼苗的发育进程,提高了幼苗的环境适应能力和幼苗质量,是一种植物育苗期光环境调节的有效方法。
In order to explore the effect of red and blue light intermittent dark period on the morphology and photosynthetic characteristics of stevia cuttings,taking‘Longjutian No.1’,‘Puxing No.6’and‘Ganyin No.35’as the research materials.The growth vigor,chlorophyll content and photosynthetic characteristics of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni seedlings were measured dynamically under the treatment of red and blue light interrupted dark period and uninterrupted dark period(CK),the parameters of strong seedling index,growth rate,ratio of root to shoot and distribution rate of different parts were analyzed.The results showed that:(1)The treatment of interrupting dark period effectively inhibited the budding and flowering of stevia,significantly inhibited the growth of plant height and root system.Compared with the control,the reduction of plant height of the three varieties ranged from 4.44%to 30.53%,and the number of root lines decreased by 3.85%-11.36%;conversely the both stem and leaf numbers was slightly higher than the control.(2)The treatment significantly increased the seeding root-shoot ratio and strong seedling index of each variety,and the increase ranges were 12.21%-20.88%and 8.05%-12.82%,and reduced the above-ground shoots and underground material accumulation,slowed down the growth rate,greatly promoted the distribution of dry matter to leaves,and the leaf distribution rates of‘No.1’,‘No.35’and‘No.6’increased by 0.189,0.125,and 0.241 percentage points,respectively;and reduced the transportation and distribution to stems and roots.(3)Treatment alters the trajectories of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a+b,finally,reduced the content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a+b,increased chlorophyll a/b value,increased photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO_(2)concentration(Ci)and transpiration rate(Tr)in leaves of Stevia seedlings.The treatment of red and blue light interrupted dark period affected the development process of stevia seedlings,improved
