摘要
以锐钛矿相TiO_(2)溶胶为基底,采用沉淀法和液相沉积法制备了TiO_(2)/Cu_(2)O/Pt复合空心微球,通过改变n_(Ti)4+∶n_(Cu)2+和H_(2)PtCl_(6)·6H_(2)O溶液的加入量对TiO_(2)的形貌和结构进行调控,采用不同的方法对不同样品的物相及结构、微观形貌和光学性能进行了对比分析。分析结果表明,复合材料中Pt与Cu_(2)O的引入产生协同效应,不仅在一定程度上阻止了电子-空穴的复合,还降低了禁带宽度,在可见光区域光吸收明显增强。与TiO_(2)、Cu_(2)O和TiO_(2)/Cu_(2)O光催化剂相比较,TiO_(2)/Cu_(2)O/Pt降解有机污染物的能力显著增强,首次光照120 min可降解93%的甲基橙(MO)溶液,4次循环后降解率为71%,具有良好的光催化稳定性能。
In this study,TiO_(2)/Cu_(2)O/Pt composite hollow microspheres were prepared by precipitation and liquid deposition methods based on anatase TiO_(2)sol.The morphology and structure of different samples were controlled by different methods,the phase and structure,microscopic morphology,and optical properties of different samples were compared and analyzed.The results show that the introduction of Pt and Cu_(2)O in the composites produces a synergistic effect,which effectively suppresses the electron-hole complexation,reduces the forbidden band width,and significantly enhances the light absorption in the visible region.Compared with TiO_(2),Cu_(2)O and TiO_(2)/Cu_(2)O photocatalysts,the TiO_(2)/Cu_(2)O/Pt photocatalyst had a significantly enhanced ability to degrade organic pollutants,can degrade 93%of methyl orange(MO)solution by 120 min of light,the degradation rate was 71%after four cycles,with excellent photocatalytic stability.
