摘要
文中设计了一款以AT89C51单片机为核心的智能加湿器。借助于温湿度传感器DHT11对环境温湿度的感应,将感应到的温湿度信号转换成数字信号后传给单片机,单片机对数据进行实时分析和处理,从而作出相应的湿度调节,实现智能加湿。用户可通过按键进行模式选择、水位加减和湿度加减的操作。LCD1602上会显示湿度的设定值,同时用户可通过指示灯显示查阅各状态。在加湿器运行过程中如果水位低于设定值,则单片机驱动蜂鸣器报警,此时加湿器立即停止加湿,从而防止干烧。经过Proteus仿真和测试结果表明,该系统运行稳定,可实现自动化的工作方式,达到了预期的设计要求。
In this paper,an intelligent humidifier with AT89C51 single chip microcontroller as its core controller is designed. The temperature and humidity data sensed by means of DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor are transformed into digital signals and sent to microcontroller which will carry out realtime data analysis and processing for corresponding humidity adjustment, realizing intelligent humidification. User can choose work mode,control water level and humidness by pressing buttons. The set value of humidness is displayed on LCD1602,in the meanwhile,user can check each state through indicator light. If the water level is lower than the set value during the operation of the humidifier,the microcontroller will drive the buzzer to beep,and the humidifier will stop operating to prevent dry burning. Simulation and test results of Proteus indicate the system is reliable,automatic and has reached the expected design requirements.
