摘要
针对数字多用表校准项目多且人工评定测量不确定度工作量大、容易出错等问题,研究开发了数字式多功能标准装置自动校准系统,该系统可实现基本误差、输出稳定度、测量重复性的自动测量,并在此基础上增加了测量不确定度自动评定功能。采用34410A型数字多用表对系统测量不确定度自动评定功能进行校验,结果表明:该系统可有效评定数字多用表的测量不确定度,且操作方便、准确度高,能避免人工失误误差,提高工作效率。
The automatic calibration system of digital multifunctional standard device is developed to resolve such issues as numbers of calibration items to be adjusted by the digital multi-meter(DMM) for uncertainty caused by heavy workload of manual evaluation and error problems. The system can operate automatic measurement of the intrinsic errors, output stability and measurement repeatability. On the basis of the above,the automatic evaluation function of measurement uncertainty is also added. 34410A DMM is used to verify the automatic evaluation function of measurement uncertainty of the system. The results show that the system can effectively evaluate the measurement uncertainty of DMM. It is easy to operate and features with high accuracy. Manual errors can thus be avoided,and work efficiency will be improved as well.
