摘要
2018—2021年,对长白山区中华秋沙鸭(Mergus squamatus)繁殖流域的富尔河、古洞河、头道白河开展鱼类资源调查,同时记录中华秋沙鸭繁殖情况,并分析鱼类生物量和中华秋沙鸭雌鸟和幼鸟数量的相关性。结果表明:3条河流鱼类生物量由高到低依次是头道白河、古洞河和富尔河;种类由多到少依次是古洞河、富尔河和头道白河。中华秋沙鸭雌鸟(Pearson r=0.279*,P=0.026)和幼鸟数量(Pearson r=0.255*,P=0.042)与鱼类总重量显著相关;中华秋沙鸭幼鸟数量与鱼类鲜重(均值)显著相关(tau-b r=-0.156*,P=0.042<0.05;Spearman r=-0.223*,P=0.038<0.05);鱼类个体数与中华秋沙鸭数量无显著相关。调查结果可为中华秋沙鸭繁殖流域鱼类资源管理和中华秋沙鸭种群保护提供科学依据。
From 2018 to 2021, fish resources in the breeding habitat of Mergus squamatus were investigated in the Fuer River, Gudong River and Toudao River. At the same time, we recorded the breeding status of M. squamatus and quantified the relationship between fish biomass and population size of female M. squamatus and young chicks. The results showed that fish biomass was the highest in the Toudao River, followed by Gudong River and then Fuer River. The species richness was the highest in the Gudong River, then Fuer River and Toudao River. The total mass of fish was significantly correlated with the abundance of female(Pearson r=0. 279*, P=0. 026) and young chicks(Pearson r=0. 255*, P=0. 042). The fresh weight of fish was significantly correlated with the abundance of young chicks(tau-b r=-0. 156*, P=0. 042<0. 05;Spearman r=-0. 223*, P=0. 038<0. 05). The total number of fish was not significantly correlated with the number of M. squamatus. This investigation can provide scientific basis for fish resource management and population protection of M. squamatus in the breeding basin.
