摘要
以我国东部某地级市为例,分析高层建筑消防安全方面存在的建筑消防管理责任落实不到位、物业管理单位消防管理能力不足、建筑消防设施完好率低、电动车违规停放充电、消防车通道不畅通、群众消防安全意识有待提升6个突出问题,提出明确和落实各方责任、全力整治“无水小区”等突出隐患、切实加强电动车消防安全管理、持续推进打通“生命通道”行动、多渠道开展精准消防宣传5条对策建议。
Taking a prefecture-level city in eastern China as an example,this paper analyzes six outstanding problems existing in the fire safety of high-rise buildings,such as inadequate implementation of building fire management responsibility,insufficient fire management ability of property management units,low integrity rate of building fire control facilities,illegal parking and charging of electric vehicles,blocked access of fire engines,and people’s awareness of fire safety to be improved,puts forward five countermeasures and suggestions:clarifying and compacting the responsibilities of all parties,fully rectifying the outstanding hidden dangers such as“waterless community”,earnestly strengthening the fire safety management of electric vehicles,continuously promoting the action of opening up the“life channel”,and carrying out accurate fire propaganda through multiple channels.
