摘要
从城市经济发展的视角入手,研究城市供电无功功率控制问题的数学模型。模型中,目标函数为系统的最小有功网损。此外,研究控制电容器投切方式,通过模糊动态设计法优化配电网电容器的投切设计。引入目标函数模糊化方法,在原动态规划法的基础上重新定义电容器的工作状态函数,有效降低了工作状态指数。算例结果显示,该技术的工作状态速率高且收敛性频率高,可在城市配电系统中实现无功控制技术。
From the perspective of urban economic and social development,this paper studies the mathematical model of the control of reactive power in urban power supply.The objective function is to minimize the network loss,and its main research direction is to study the control of capacitor switching mode.At the same time,through the fuzzy dynamic design method,this paper analyzes the optimal switching design of capacitors in distribution network.In the process,a fuzzy method of working objective function is introduced,and the working state function of capacitor is redefined based on the original dynamic programming method,so that the working state index is effectively reduced.Finally,the results of an example show that this technology has high working state rate and high convergence frequency,so it can be used in a well conditioned urban distribution system to realize the control technology in vain.
