摘要
为实现水表表盘指针区域的示数自动识别,提出以表盘结构信息结合HSV色彩空间分量实现区域定位及指针读数的图像识别方法。利用图像信息实时计算Hough检测所需参数进行表盘内圆及指针外圆的定位;采用HSV色彩空间通道信息作为指针轮廓提取标准;通过计算指针轮廓与预设半径同心圆的交点及指针所在圆心至轮廓点的最远距离,两种方式结合判断指针转动的角度并将其转换成实际的指针示数;通过对不同分位的指针识别结果进行合理性判断,完成常见机械误差的示数矫正;最后,采集现场工况下表盘图像对该算法进行测试,通过与人工读数结果相比较,表明当前的示数识别方法具有良好的准确性和可靠性。
In order to realize the automatic identification of the indication of the pointer area of the water meter dial,an image recognition method is proposed to realize the area positioning and pointer reading by combining the dial structure information with the HSV color space components.Use the image information to calculate the parameters required for Hough detection in real time to locate the inner circle of the dial and the outer circle of the pointer;use the HSV color space channel information as the pointer outline extraction standard;calculate the intersection of the pointer outline and the concentric circle with a preset radius and the center of the circle where the pointer is located.The longest distance of the contour point,the two methods are combined to judge the rotation angle of the pointer and convert it into the actual pointer indication;by judging the rationality of the pointer recognition results of different quantiles,the indication correction of common mechanical errors is completed;Finally,the algorithm is tested by collecting dial images under field conditions.By comparing with the results of manual readings,it shows that the current reading recognition method has good accuracy and reliability.
