摘要
在“规模增长、增速放缓”以及世界经济疲软、贸易摩擦不断的外贸新常态环境下,我国跨境电子商务开始呈现出新的发展特征,并逐渐成长为一个重要的新的经济增长点。但人才缺乏,尤其是高素质、实用型电商人才的缺乏一直阻碍着我国跨境电商行业的高速发展。分析外贸新常态下跨境电商人才的需求现状,探讨当前跨境电子商务人才培养存在的问题及不足之处,并提出有针对性的人才培养策略。
Under the new normal foreign trade environment of“increasing scale and slowing growth rate”,weak world economy and constant trade frictions,cross-border e-commerce in China begins to show new development characteristics and gradually grows into an important new economic growth point.However,the lack of talents,especially with the high qualities and practical e-commerce business,has been hampering the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce industry in China.This paper analyzes the current situation of cross-border e-commerce talent demand under the new normal of foreign trade,and focuses on the existing problems and shortcomings of cross-border e-commerce talent training,and then puts forward the targeted talent training strategies for reference.
