摘要
针对某型机动式测控装备电站舱顶部通信天线多、外形差异大的特点,文章设计了一种整体式可自动翻转拱形天线罩,旨在解决多天线的防护与维修难题。文章详细阐述了天线罩的结构设计及翻转电动推杆的选型与校核,重点分析了天线罩在举升过程中的受力情况,简述了天线罩的生产工艺流程和方法。经过实物验证,该天线罩翻转可靠,刚强度好,且满足天线透波要求。
For a certain type of a TT & C equipment power station with the characteristics of multiple communication antennas and great differences in shape, an integral automatic flipping arched radome is designed to solve the problems of protection and maintenances of multiple antennas. This paper describes the radome and the selection of the turning electric push rod and the proofread, focuses on analyzed the stress of the radome in the lifting process. The manufacturing processes and method of the radome are briefly introduced. Through physical verification, the radome has reliable overturning, good rigid strength and meets the requirements of antenna transmission.
