摘要
目的探究临床心肌梗死诊断中采取12导联及18导联心电图检查法的效果差异.方法筛选我院2021年3月—2022年5月收治的64例急性心肌梗死患者,所有患者均给予不同导联心电图检查,包括12导联和18导联心电图.比较不同导联心电检查法的诊断效果.结果两组心电图检查法的时间分辨率(PR间期、P波时限、QRS波时限、QT间期)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);18导联组的空间分辨率(P波振幅、T波振幅、QRS波振幅)显著高于12导联组(P<0.05);18导联组和12导联组在非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者的诊断中诊断符合率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),18导联组在ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者的诊断中诊断符合率明显高于12导联组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);18导联组的检查满意度明显高于12导联组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在急性心肌梗死的临床诊断中,采用18导联心电图检查法,可获得更高的空间分辨率,尤其在诊断ST段抬高型心肌梗死方面准确率要较12导联更高,检查满意度较高,准确可靠.
Objective To explore the difference between 12 lead ECG and 18 lead ECG in clinical diagnosis of myocardial infarction. Methods 64 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to May 2022 were screened, and all patients were given different lead ECG examinations, including 12 lead ECG and 18 lead ECG. To compare the diagnostic effect of different lead electrocardiography. Results There were no significant differences in the temporal resolution(PR interval, P wave duration, QRS duration, QT interval) between the two groups(P>0.05). The spatial resolution(P wave amplitude, T wave amplitude, QRS wave amplitude) of 18-lead group was significantly higher than that of 12-lead group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the diagnosis of non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction between the 18-lead group and the 12-lead group(P>0.05). The diagnosis coincidence rate of the 18-lead group was significantly higher than that of the 12-lead group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of examination in the 18-lead group was significantly higher than that in the 12-lead group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction, higher spatial resolution can be obtained by using 18 lead ECG examination, especially in the diagnosis of ST segment elevation myocardial infarction, the accuracy rate is higher than 12 lead ECG examination, and the examination satisfaction is higher, accurate and reliable.
