摘要
在异质性企业贸易理论基础上,分析贸易便利化对企业出口参与与出口量的影响,然后,利用2000—2007年中国制造业企业数据库,建立Heckman选择模型,实证考察贸易便利化对中国企业出口绩效的影响,研究发现,基于贸易便利化的4个分领域指标及其综合指标的研究显示,贸易便利化改进显著促进企业出口参与和出口量增长。基于企业特征异质性的扩展分析表明,贸易便利化改进对高生产率企业的出口参与存在抑制作用,但对其出口量增长存在显著的促进作用。随着企业规模不断增加,贸易便利化改进对企业出口参与和出口量的正向影响也在逐渐增强。此外,贸易便利化改进对外资企业出口绩效的促进作用更大,对国有企业的促进作用最小。
According to the trade theory for heterogeneous firm,this paper analyzes the effect of trade facilitation on export participation and export volume of enterprises.Then using data in manufacturing industrial firm database of China from 2000 to 2007 to establish Heckman Sample Selection Model,this paper also empirically studies the effect of trade facilitation on export performance of Chinese enterprises.It is found that trade facilitation is significant to promote firm export participation and volume based on the study of four indexes for different fields and its comprehensive indexes.Further study for enterprise heterogeneity proves trade facilitation tackles export participation,while stimulates export volume in high productivity firms.With the increase of firm scale,it improves firm export participation and volume steadily,at the same time,means more to foreign-funded firms than to state-owned firms in export performance.
