摘要
罗氏线圈在进行断路器零区电流测量时,由于线圈结构参数的相互制约,在提高灵敏度的同时会造成测量带宽的下降,因此同时满足高灵敏度和宽频带的要求存在较大困难。为此文中提出基于高频电磁仿真的零区电流传感器设计方法。基于解析方法分析,确定了满足传感器灵敏度要求的系列结构参量,基于Ansys-Q3D Extractor仿真,确定各组结构参量的高频电磁参数,并通过Ansys-Circuit电路仿真所确定对应的频率特性,从而实现了对频率特性优化设计,频率特性测试结果验证了上述幅频和相频特性仿真结果的正确性。最终,在零区电流测量实验中,文中传感器与KEMA-CZM型零区系统的测量结果相一致。
When Rogowski coil is used to measure the zero zone current of circuit breaker,due to the mutual restriction of coil structure parameters,the measurement bandwidth,at the time of improving sensitivity,will be reduced.It is therefore difficult to meet the requirements of high sensitivity and wide band simultaneously. Therefore,a design method of zero zone current sensor based on high frequency electromagnetic simulation is proposed in this paper.Based on the analysis of analytical method,a series of structural parameters meeting the sensitivity requirements of the sensor are determined. On the basis of Ansys-Q3D Extractor simulation,the high-frequency electromagnetic parameters of each group of structural parameters are determined,and the corresponding frequency characteristics are determined through Ansys-Circuit simulation so as to achieve the optimal design of frequency characteristics. The correctness of the above simulation results of amplitude frequency and phase frequency characteristics are verified by the frequency characteristic test results. Finally,in the zero zone current measurement experiment,the measurement results of the sensor in this paper are consistent with those of KEMA-CZM zero zone system.
