摘要
跳水臂立向后多周翻转动作以向前打开入水,比较臂立向后多周翻腾动作打开入水动作稳定性高。比赛中采用该动作可扬长避短,提高全套动作水平。在训练实践中,臂立向后多周翻转动作从推手打腿起跳翻腾到转体的教学是一个难点,很多运动员在开始学习这个动作时困难较大,在完成翻腾与转体衔接时不易掌握。运动员在学习这个动作时往往停滞不前,不能很好掌握臂立多周向后翻转。经过多年的观察、训练实践研究,发现在这个动作的教学中需要增加一个训练步骤,就可以使翻腾和转体的连接更加符合生物力学原理。运动员按步骤学习,可以建立更清晰的动作概念,缩短学习过程,提高学习动作成功率。
