摘要
本文选择以北京、天津、河北、山东和河南为研究对象,评估了规模化实施清洁取暖对当地农村住宅领域碳排放的影响,分析了不同清洁取暖技术路径的碳减排效益。研究表明,清洁取暖对农村住宅领域直接排放的降低具有显著作用,但是对不同地区农村住宅领域碳排放总量的削减作用差异较大;鉴于改造前北京市农村住宅领域户均碳排放已处于较高水平且增幅趋缓,加之在电力碳排放因子、农宅围护结构性能、清洁取暖设备能效等具有优势,才能实现改造后碳排放的持续下降;建议应加快农宅节能改造,对于“煤改电”应结合当地电力系统脱碳进程等因素统筹考虑是否采用。本研究旨在为以碳减排为导向的农村地区清洁取暖技术路径的优化提供参考。
Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,Shandong and Henan were selected as the research objects to evaluate the impact of large-scale implementation of clean heating on carbon emissions in local rural residential buildings in the paper,and analyze the benefits of carbon emission in different clean heating technology paths.The results show that clean heating has a significant effect on the reduction of direct emissions in rural residential buildings,but the effect on the reduction of total carbon emissions in rural residential buildings is varied greatly.Given the fact that the average household carbon emission in rural residential buildings in Beijing has been at a high level and the growth rate is slowing down before the retrofit,and that the carbon emission of rural residential building field in Beijing has advantages in the carbon emission factors of electricity,the performance of rural building envelope,and the energy efficiency of clean heating equipment,the continuous reduction of carbon emission can be realized after the retrofit.It is suggested to speed up the rural building energy efficiency retrofit,and consider whether to adopt"coal to electricity"based on the decarbonization process of the local power system.This study aims to provide a reference for the optimization of clean heating technology paths in rural residential buildings guided by carbon emission reduction.
