少数民族流动人口的商业实践与城市融入——以兰州市打馕群体为例 被引量:4

摘要 随着人口的跨区域流动越来越普遍,经营馕店逐渐成为维吾尔族流动人口重要的谋生手段。基于对兰州市打馕群体的田野调查,以打馕人的商业实践过程作为分析重点,讨论该群体的城市融入问题。馕的生产与流通是打馕人开展商业实践的两个基本方面。在生产过程中,打馕群体将内部社会网络资源的运行和文化符号的调用作为融入策略。商业能力而非乡土社会中的血缘与长幼秩序成为打馕群体内部权威的基础,调整内部权力关系,协调道义观念和经济理性是个体适应市场和融入都市的重要实践。在销售过程中,打馕人嵌入到与当地人共建的商业网络中,并与周边群体进行更为广泛和深入的交往。批发销售的经济秩序主要依赖于关系、人情、信任等要素,而电商平台通过严密的制度安排重构了打馕群体的时间观念、竞争观念和契约观念。 With the cross-regional flow of population becoming more and more common,operating Nang shop has gradually become an important means of livelihood for the Uyghur floating population.Based on the field investigation of the Nang group in Lanzhou,the article focuses on the business practice process of the Nangworkers as the analysis,and discusses the urban integration of the group.The production and circulation of Nang are two basic aspects of business practice of Nangworkers.In the production process,the Nang group takes the operation of internal social network resources and the invocation of cultural symbols as integration strategies.Commercial ability rather than the blood relationship and the order in the local society has become the basis of the internal authority of the group.It is an important practice for individuals to adapt to the market and integrate into the city to adjust the internal power relationship and coordinate moral concepts and economic rationality.In the sales process,the Nang people are embedded in the commercial network jointly built with the local people,and have more extensive and in-depth communication with the surrounding groups.The economic order of wholesale sales mainly depends on factors such as relationships,and trust,and the e-commerce platform reconstructs the time concept,competition concept and contract concept of the Nanggroup through strict institutional arrangements.
