摘要
“绿色建筑”是国家近年来对建筑行业提出的发展要求,同样也是我国建筑领域升级转型的关键契机。然而由于起步较晚,导致其在施工管理过程中还存在着许多不容忽视的问题,急需人们进行优化改进。为此本文结合某住宅工程项目,对绿色建筑工程施工管理上的不足进行了分析,并随之提出了相关工作建议,以期为绿色建筑工程管理提供一些新的思路。
"Green Building" is the development requirement for the construction industry in recent years, and it is also a key opportunity for the upgrading and transformation of the construction field in China. However, due to the late start, there are still problems that can not be ignored in the construction management process, which urgently needs optimization and improvement. Combined with a residential project, this paper analyzes the main management problems during the project management, and then puts forward relevant work suggestions, in order to provide some new ideas for the project management of Green Buildings.
