摘要
联合国《开放科学建议书》给出了开放科学发展框架,对全球科学发展与进步产生深远影响。文章分析《建议书》中相关内容,以《建议书》为基础,搜集、整理8个典型国家和23个与开放科学相关的国际组织或机构对《建议书》初稿的反馈意见,阅读、比对反馈意见的相关表达,从共识性问题、基本性问题、基础性问题和建设性问题4个方面分析、比较各方关切重点,以期为我国如何应对开放科学、制定开放科学相关政策、推动和实施开放科学提供借鉴。
UNESCO Recommendation on Open Science gives a framework for the construction of open science and will profoundly impact the development and progress of science worldwide.This paper analyzes the relevant contents of the Recommendation,collects and collates feedback on the draft of the Recommendation from 8 countries and 23 international organizations or institutions relative,compares the relevant expressions in the feedback documents.The comparison is made from the 4 concerning aspects,about consensus ssues,fundam ental issues,basic sues,and constructive issues.The authors attempt to explore different concerns of different countries and orgnizations to provide references for China's response,policy-making and implementation regarding the open science.
