摘要
以区域可达性为切入点,探析福州市中心城区养老机构的服务能力及养老资源协调性情况。基于平均出行时间和出行范围的可达性分析法,探究养老机构的服务范围,以相对性分析法探究资源协调性情况。研究结果显示:福州市区二环路内养老机构服务能力下限最高,仓山区服务能力下限最低;相比于市中心,城市外围养老机构服务能力上限更高,鼓楼区东部服务能力上限最低;福州市区多数养老机构规模与周边交通条件不适配,区域养老资源服务能力不协调。总体来看,福州市中心城区的养老机构规模与周边交通条件资源分配不协调,须提升其交通建设,以提高养老机构的养老水平及养老资源的利用率。
This study takes the regional accessibility as the starting point to analyze the accessibility range and resource coordination of elderly care institutions in the central city of Fuzhou.The accessibility analysis method based on average travel time and travel range was used to explore the service range of pension institutions,and the relativity analysis method was used to explore the coordination of resources.The research results show that:1)The lower limit of service ability of the elderly care institutions in the second Ring road of Fuzhou city is the highest,while the lower limit of service ability in Cangshan district is the lowest;2)Compared with the city center,the upper limit of service capacity of elderly care institutions outside the city is higher,and the eastern part of Gulou District is the lowest;3)The scale of most elderly care institutions in Fuzhou city does not match the surrounding traffic conditions,and the service capacity of regional elderly care resources is not coordinated.In general,the scale of elderly care institutions in the downtown area of Fuzhou does not coordinate with the distribution of surrounding traffic conditions.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the transportation construction in order to improve the level of pension institutions and the utilization rate of pension resources.
