摘要
心脏康复(CR)为心血管疾病重要预防和治疗手段。标准化评估心血管疾病患者CR知识水平及健康教育需求有助于临床更有效实施及评价健康教育干预措施,促进患者积极参与CR。本文就CR认知相关评估工具研究的进展作一综述,旨在为临床合理选择相关评估工具提供依据。
Cardiac rehabilitation(CR) is an important means for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Standardized assessment of CR knowledge level and health education needs of patients with cardiovascular diseases is helpful to more effectively implement and evaluate health education interventions and promote patients’ active participation in CR. The present article makes a review on research progress of cognition-related assessment tools for CR, aiming at providing basis for rational selection of relevant assessment tools in clinic.
