摘要
针对锌冶炼炉前皮带载荷问题,设计了一种根据锌冶炼炉前皮带载荷量荷监测系统。系统结构分为物料识别客户端,现场设备控制客户端和服务器三大模块。物料识别客户端基于YOLOv5实现皮带物料载荷量的识别功能,同时连接数据库实现载荷量数据的备份存储功能。整体系统采用MQTT协议实现了客户端之间和客户端与服务器之间的数据通信传输功能。
Aiming at the problem of belt load in front of zinc smelting furnace,a monitoring system is designed according to the belt load.The system structure is divided into three modules:material identification client,field device control client and server.Material identification client realizes the identification function of belt material loading capacity load based on YOLOv5,and realizes the backup storage function of load data by connecting database.The whole system uses MQTT protocol to realize data communication transmission between clients and between clients and servers.
