摘要
以3D打印中的喷墨控制程序为研究对象,设计了一种非连续选择性的喷墨控制方法,即“抽点打印”,并研究了抽点打印条件下,不同抽点比例对砂型性能的影响。通过对打印过程中的各种变量进行分析,给出了抽点比例与砂型强度和砂型密度的对应关系。该结论可应用在实际生产中以降低实际液料加入量,实现砂型3D打印过程中的成本降低与环境保护。
In this experiment,the ink-jet control program was studied and the non-continuous and unselective ink-jet control method,printing of suctioning point,was designed.From studying the influences of different sampling point ratios on the performance of sand molds and analyzing the various variables in the printing process,the corresponding relationship between the sampling point proportions and the sand mold strength was given.As a result,this conclusion could be utilized well in actual producing to reduce the amount of liquid material added,as well as to reduce cost in the process of sand 3D printing.
