摘要
采用试管实验法、纸色谱法和薄层色谱法(TLC)等预实验方法,对准噶尔山楂的果实、叶和核的化学成分进行了分析.结果表明:准噶尔山楂果实中含有还原糖、多糖、有机酸、酚类、甾体及三萜类等多种化学成分;准噶尔山楂叶中主要含蛋白质、氨基酸、多肽、还原糖、多糖、黄酮类、有机酸等多种化学成分;准噶尔山楂核中含有有机酸、酚类、黄酮类、强心苷、蒽醌类等多种化学成分.
The chemical constituents of fruits, leaves and seeds of Crataegus songarica were analyzed by test tube experiment, paper chromatography and TLC method. The results showed that the fruit of Crataegus songarica contained reducing sugar, polysaccharide, organic acid, phenols, steroids and triterpenoids. The leaves mainly contain protein, amino acids, peptides, reducing sugars, polysaccharides, flavonoids, organic acids and other chemical components. The seeds contain organic acids, phenols, flavonoids, cardiac glycosides, anthraquinones and other chemical components.
