基于改进遥感生态指数的山西省及煤炭矿区生态环境分析 被引量:12

Ecological Environment Analysis of Shanxi Province and Coal Mining Areas Based on Modified Remote Sensing Ecological Index

摘要 遥感生态指数(Remote Sensing Ecology Index,RSEI)是目前生态监测评价中使用较为广泛的一种遥感指数,在矿区生态环境研究中也得到了大量应用。但是其提出是基于城市区域的生态环境分析,对于黄河流域水土侵蚀易发区的适用性尚待研究。黄河流域中游煤炭矿区高强度、大范围开采带来的局部地质环境、生态状况改变,更对该指数的适用性提出了挑战。基于现有遥感生态指数并兼顾地域差异化特点,提出了一种改进型遥感生态指数(Modified Remote Sensing Ecology Index,MRSEI),即在顾及绿度(NDVI)、湿度(WET)、热度(LST)和干度(NDBSI)因子的同时,引入土壤侵蚀模型(The Revised Universal Soil Loss Equation,RUSLE),通过归一化运算获取土壤侵蚀因子(Erosion),并将该因子纳入生态环境质量分析中。通过在谷歌云平台(Google Earth Engine,GEE)上计算MRSEI并将其应用于山西省及煤炭国家规划矿区,结果表明:(1)与传统的RSEI相比,改进的生态指数MRSEI有效集成了绿度、湿度、干度、热度和土壤侵蚀5个生态因子的综合信息,可以更全面客观地揭示山西省及煤炭国家规划矿区生态环境及其变化;(2)2000—2020年,山西省的生态环境质量呈现先恶化后好转的趋势,空间分布特征主要表现为省域东南部生态环境质量较高,而西北、西南区域相对较低。 Remote Sensing Ecology Index(RSEI)is a kind of remote sensing index which is widely used in ecological monitoring and evaluation and has been applied in the ecological environment analysis of mining areas.However,the proposed index is based on the ecological environment analysis of urban areas,and its applicability to the erosion-prone areas of the Yellow River basin is yet to be studied.The changes of local geological environment and ecological conditions brought by highintensity and large-scale mining in the middle reaches of the Yellow River Basin coal mines have challenged the applicability of the index.Based on the existing remote sensing ecology index and giving consideration to the regional differentiation,this study proposes a Modified Remote Sensing Ecology Index(MRSEI),which takes into account the greenness(NDVI),humidity(WET),heat(LST)and dryness(NDBSI)factors,and introduces the soil erosion model(The Revised Universal Soil Loss Equation,RUSLE).A soil erosion factor(Erosion)is captured by normalisation and incorporated into the ecological quality analysis.By calculating the MRSEI on Google Earth Engine(GEE)and applying it to Shanxi Province and its coal national planning mine area,the results show that:(1)Compared with the traditional RSEI,the improved ecological index(MRSEI)effectively integrates the comprehensive information of 5 ecological factors,namely greenness,humidity,dryness,heat and soil erosion,and can more comprehensively and objectively reveal the ecological environment and its changes in Shanxi Province and coal national planning mining areas.(2)From 2000 to 2020,the ecological environment quality of Shanxi Province showed a trend of deterioration followed by improvement,and the spatial distribution was mainly characterized by higher ecological environment quality in the southeastern part of the province,while the northwestern and southwestern regions were relatively lower.
