摘要
使用阳离子型表面活性剂十六烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(HDBAC)、氢氧化钠、海藻酸钠(SA)等对聚酯与棉混纺织物进行碱-SA表面处理。通过印花颜色性能和色牢度分析处理后织物活性染料喷墨印花效果。通过纤维表面形貌、润湿性、表面Zeta电位等数据推断作用机理。结果表明,碱-SA表面处理后织物的活性染料喷墨印花K/S值提高,印花织物色牢度较好,织物的活性染料喷墨印花效果得到显著改善。
Alkali-SA surface treatment of polyester/cotton blended fabrics using cationic surfactants HDBAC,sodium hydroxide, sodium alginate(SA). The inkjet printing effect of reactive dyes on fabrics after treatment was analyzed by the printing color properties and color fastness. The mechanism of action was deduced from the data of surface morphology, wettability, surface Zeta potential of fibers. The results show that the K/S value of reactive dye inkjet printing of fabrics after alkali-SA surface treatment increases, the color fastness of printed fabrics is better,and the effect of reactive dyes inkjet printing of fabrics is significantly improved.
