摘要
从技术方案的选择及运行管控等方面介绍了大型VPSA制氧系统在粤钢的实践。并阐述了优化设计及对运行单位电耗进行了分析,该系统的投产大大降低了粤钢的用氧成本,助力高炉生产工序实现增产降本目标。
The application of large VPSA device in Yuesteel is introduced from the aspects of technical solution selection and operation control. The optimized design is elaborated and the operating unit power consumption is analyzed. The implementation of this system has greatly reduced the oxygen cost of Yuesteel and helped the blast furnace production process to achieve the goal of increasing production and reducing cost.
