航空冷却液泡沫特性改进试验研究

摘要 对比研究了3种航空冷却液使用性能的优劣。按照航空冷却液相关产品标准考察11项关键性能指标,分析了航空冷却液泡沫特性的变化情况。结果表明:采用乙二醇、去离子水、三氮茚等配置的B型航空冷却液的泡沫特性最为优异,以SH/T 0066—2002标准测试泡沫体积为0 mL,远小于AF65号冷却液(约为20 mL)。 The radar systems of new aircraft require more efficient cooling capacity,which mainly depends on the foam characteristics of aviation coolants.Therefore,the performance of three aviation coolants were compared.According to the relevant product standards of aviation coolant,11 key performances indexes were investigated,and the changes of foam characteristics of aviation coolant were further studied.The results showed that the B-type aviation coolant prepared by ethylene glycol,deionized water and ninhydrin has the best foam characteristics,and the foam volume under SH/T 0066-2002 test standard was 0 mL,which is much smaller than that of AF65 coolant(about 20 mL).
