摘要
本文从现场生产为基础,阐述了罩式炉退火方式的冷轧商品卷,影响其表面清洁度的因素,经多年摸索从轧机、罩退、平整、重卷各工序的关键过程点进行系统性控制取得了良好的效果。
Based on the field production,this paper expounds the factors that affect the surface cleanliness of the cold rolled commercial coil annealed in the bell-type furnace.After years of groping,the systematic control of the key process points of the rolling mill,cover withdrawal,leveling and rewinding processes has achieved good results.
