摘要
依据政策执行理论,编制残疾人高等教育单考单招执行问题调查问卷,对6省9所高等特殊教育院校、12所特殊教育学校的1075名教师进行调查。调查发现:试卷科学性有待提高,高校缺乏全纳环境,考试支持无法完全满足残疾考生的需求,残疾人高等教育单考单招没有得到较好的宣传,单考单招在促进残疾学生身份认同上效果不明显。据此提出成立结构合理的命题小组以提高命题质量管理、构建科学的残疾人高等教育单考单招宣传模式、扩大社会参与及监督、提高残疾人高等教育单考单招的教育性等改进策略。
Based on the policy implementation theory,questionnaire on the implementation of Independent enrollment for persons with disabilities in colleges and universities was compiled and surveyed 1,075 teachers from 12 special education schools.Results showed as following:the lack of certain scientific nature of the test papers,the lack of an inclusive environment in colleges and universities,the lack of test support to meet the needs of the candidates,the single test form for higher education with disabilities.The recruitment has not been scientifically publicized,and independent enrollment of persons with disabilities has no obvious effect on promoting the identity of students with disabilities.Corresponding solutions are proposed for the above problems.
