摘要
高层建筑消防安全管理一直都是消防领域工作的重中之重。全面增强高层建筑消防安全监管的规范性与有效性,提高高层建筑防火能力,能够最大限度降低火灾等重大消防安全事故发生概率,保障人民群众的生命财产安全。虽然我国高层建筑领域的消防安全监管工作始终处于高压态势,但从实际情况来看,整体工作成效仍然有较大提升空间。基于此,以高层建筑为主要研究背景,简要分析了当前存在的消防安全监管问题,并提出了几点防火策略,以期对业内人士起到一定的启发和借鉴作用。
High-rise building fire safety management has always been the top priority in the field of fire protection. We need to comprehensively enhance the standardization and effectiveness of fire safety supervision of high-rise buildings, and improve the fire prevention capabilities of high-rise buildings, which can minimize the probability of major fire safety accidents such as fires and ensure the safety of people’s lives and property. Although the fire safety supervision work in the field of high-rise buildings in our country has always been in a high-pressure situation. The overall work effect still has a lot of room for improvement from the current situation. Based on this, taking highrise buildings as the main research background, the current fire safety supervision problems are briefly analyzed, and several fire prevention strategies are proposed, hoping to play a certain inspiration and reference role for the industry.
