摘要
为了准确开展焊管焊接工艺评定,从母材分类、评定厚度、坡口形式、试件形式、焊接热输入、焊接电特性、焊接材料、保护气体、预热、焊后热处理、焊接技术措施、试样检测与试验、工艺规程与工艺评定记录等方面对国内外焊管常用焊接工艺评定标准和规范进行了详细对比,探讨了各标准和规范之间的差异,重点分析了各标准中变素的认可范围以及焊管焊接工艺评定中存在的问题,可为焊管制造企业的焊接工艺人员进行焊接工艺评定提供参考和借鉴。
In order to accurately evaluate the welding procedure of welded pipe,the common welding procedure evaluation standards and specifications for welded pipe at home and abroad are compared in detail from the aspects of base metal classification,evaluation thickness,groove form,specimen form,welding heat input,welding electrical properties,welding materials,protective gas,preheating,post welding heat treatment,welding technical measures,sample detection and test,process specification and process evaluation record,etc.The differences among various standards and specifications are discussed,and the recognition scope of variables in standards and the problems existing in the welding procedure qualification of welded pipe are emphatically analyzed,which can provide references for the welding process personnel of welded pipe manufacturing enterprises to carry out the welding procedure qualification.
