摘要
为减缓废塑料污染问题,文章将回收的再生线性低密度聚乙烯(PE)与热塑性弹性体(TPE)等材料共混制备了PE/TPE共混物颗粒(PTPE),利用沥青三大指标试验、荧光显微镜试验和红外光谱试验分析研究了PTPE对于沥青的改性效果。结果表明:PTPE的加入,可以提升SBS改性沥青的高、低温性能,并使SBS改性沥青更“硬”、稠度更大、抵抗剪切破坏的能力更强;并且PTPE在沥青中形成了网状结构,改善了SBS改性沥青的各项性能;红外光谱试验结果说明了PTPE作为改性剂对沥青改性仅存在物理改性过程。
In order to alleviate the pollution caused by excessive waste plastics, PE/TPE blend particles( PTPE) were prepared by blending recycled linear low density polyethylene( PE) with thermoplastic elastomer( TPE) and other materials in this paper. The modification effect of PTPE on asphalt was analyzed and studied by three indicators of asphalt test, fluorescence microscopy test and infrared spectroscopy test. The results show that the addition of PTPE can improve the high and low temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt, and make SBS modified asphalt more’ hard’, more consistent and stronger to resist shear failure. And PTPE formed a network structure in asphalt, improving the performance of SBS modified asphalt. The infrared spectrum test results show that PTPE as a modifier for asphalt modification process only exists physical modification process.
