摘要
为解决常规穿层钻孔预抽大采长突出煤层中部瓦斯存在抽采空白带,利用轻型定向钻机在己15-22080工作面施工了定向穿层钻孔,基于定向钻孔轨迹可控的特点设计了定向穿层钻孔参数,分析了定向穿层钻孔覆盖的范围、瓦斯抽采浓度、瓦斯抽采纯量。研究结果表明:①定向穿层钻孔能够精准覆盖突出煤层中部抽采空白带,同时实现两相邻煤层瓦斯治理;②定向穿层钻孔总工程量为19706 m,其中定向钻孔岩孔段13366 m,煤孔段工程量6340 m,己_(15)煤层水力冲孔煤段工程量2911 m,累计冲煤量为1537 t;③定向钻孔实际抽采浓度比常规钻孔普遍提高10%~25%,累计抽采瓦斯140.8万m^(3).研究结果可为煤与瓦斯突出煤层的瓦斯治理提供技术支撑和理论依据。
In order to solve the problem of gas drainage blank zone in the middle of long outburst coal seam by conventional cross-seam drilling,the light directional drilling rig was used to construct the directional cross-seam drilling in Ji15-22080 working face,based on the controllable characteristics of directional drilling trajectory,the parameters of directional cross-layer drilling were designed,and the coverage range,gas extraction concentration and gas extraction purity were analyzed.The results show that:①directional cross-layer drilling can accurately cover the middle extraction blank zone of outburst coal seam,and simultaneously realize gas control in two adjacent coal seams;②among them,13366 m of directional drilling hole section,6340 m of coal hole section,2911 m of hydraulic punching coal section in Ji_(15) coal seam,and 1537 t of cumulative coal washing capacity;③the actual concentration of gas extraction by directional drilling is generally increased by 10%~25%compared with that by conventional drilling,and the accumulative gas extraction is 1.408 million m^(3).The research results can provide technical support and theoretical basis for gas control in coal and gas outburst coal seam.
