摘要
第五次中央民族工作会议鲜明提出,要以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线,推动新时代党的民族工作高质量发展。党的二十大报告强调高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务。党中央对新时代新疆寄予了殷切期望。文章意从铸牢中华民族共同体意识、推动新时代新疆高质量发展的时代意蕴和二者的表里逻辑等方面,试图论述如何让铸牢中华民族共同体意识和推动新时代新疆高质量发展齐头并进,并为当下边疆民族地区治理现代化和高质量发展提供有益的启示和思考。
The Fifth Central Conference on Ethnic Affairs expressed clearly that efforts must be made to forge a stronger sense of community of Chinese nation as the main task to promote a high-quality development of the Party’s ethnic work in the new era.The Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stressed that a high-quality development is the primary task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has set high expectations for Xinjiang in the new era.This paper discussed how to advance together forging a stronger sense of community of Chinese nation and promoting the high quality development of Xinjiang in the new era.The discussion is expected to beneficial for the modernization of governance and the high quality development in ethnic minority areas.
