转向架对货车车辆安全营运起着至关重要的作用。按照检修工艺流程,落成后需要进行全面的落成检查和测量,通过研制全自动检查和测量设备、静载试验设备和数据管理系统,实现对各型转向架落成后的组装工艺和尺寸参数进行自动检查和测量,确保转向架落成满足段修、厂修规程和工艺要求。
Bogie is the running part of railway freight cars, which plays a vital role in the safe operation of freight cars. Bogie maintenance is an important link of railway freight car factory repair and depot repair, which is closely related to driving safety.According to the maintenance process flow, bogie maintenance needs to go through a series of decomposition, maintenance and assembly processes. After assembly, comprehensive completion inspection and measurement are required to ensure that bogie maintenance meets the maintenance process requirements. The railway freight car bogie completion full-automatic measurement system develops automatic inspection and measurement equipment, static load test equipment and data management system, It is used toautomatically check and measure the assembly process and dimensional parameters of various types of bogies after completion, so as to ensure that the completion of bogies meets the regulations and process requirements of depot repair and factory repair.
