摘要 目的:基于运动功能测评形成团体健康管理流程,对团体职工进行运动测评与风险评估,推动健康人群个体化运动功能的评估。方法:将运动功能测评纳入常规健康体检内容,依据运动测评各环节中所产生的结果情况对疾病风险进行分层,并在此基础上分级分层为受检者提供相应的健康管理与健康促进措施。结果:2021年某单位40~60岁员工共1041人完成传统健康体检,其中111人(10.7%)未通过运动测评检前评估。通过检前评估并最终完成运动测评者共543人,平均年龄(49.1±5.8)岁,男性351例(64.6%),女性192例(35.4%)。运动测评异常表现结果显示运动试验阳性/可疑阳性113例(20.81%),运动性高血压22例(4.05%),运动中室性心律失常11例(2.03%)。身体成分分析结果显示男性体脂肪(BFM)、体脂百分比(PBF)升高的比例均明显高于女性(81.4%vs.60.4%、89.7%vs.76.6%),女性骨骼肌(SMM)下降的比例明显高于男性(25.5%vs.13.5%);运动素质分析结果显示,男性纵跳下降的比例明显高于女性(21.4%vs.13.4%);男性心肺耐力下降的比例明显高于女性(68.4%vs.55.7%)(均P<0.05)。结论:将运动功能测评纳入常规健康体检,有助于提高个人运动健康意识、及时发现潜在疾病风险,并有助于健康管理机构提供针对性的运动处方并监督执行以提高运动依从性,从而实现维护健康的目的。 Objective:This study aims to form a group health management process based on exercise function evaluation,and to effectively promote the implementation and promotion of individualized exercise function assessment for healthy people by conducting exercise assessment and risk assessment for group employees.Methods:The exercise function evaluation was included in the routine physical examination,and the disease risk was stratified according to the results of each link of the exercise evaluation.On this basis,the corresponding health management and health promotion measures were provided for the examinees by grading and stratification.Results:In 2021,a total of 1041 employees aged between 40 and 60 in a certain unit completed the traditional physical examination,among which 111(10.7%)failed to pass the pre-examination assessment.A total of 543 subjects,with an average age of(49.1±5.8)years,passed the pre-examination assessment and completed the exercise assessment,including 351 males(64.6%)and 192 females(35.4%).The abnormal performance of exercise function assessment showed that 113 cases(20.81%)were positive/suspicious positive in exercise test,22 cases(4.05%)were exercise-induced hypertension,and 11 cases(2.03%)were ventricular arrhythmia during exercise.The results of body composition analysis showed that the proportion of increased body fat mass(BFM)and percentage body fat(PBF)in male was significantly higher than that in female(81.4%vs.60.4%,89.7%vs.76.6%),and the proportion of decreased skeletal muscle mass(SMM)in female was significantly higher than that in male(25.5%vs.13.5%).The proportion of vertical jump decline in male was significantly higher than that in female(21.4%vs.13.4%).The proportion of cardiorespiratory fitness decline in male was significantly higher than that in female(68.4%vs.55.7%)(P<0.05).Conclusions:The inclusion of exercise function assessment into routine physical examination can help to improve individual exercise health awareness,identify potential disease risks,provide targeted exer
